Tight & Toned (Includes GOLD Workouts)

A 28-day calendar brought to you by one of our very own Get Healthy U TV Members!! With some modifications and adjustments made to this member’s original calendar, we have combined a little bit of everything into this calendar, focusing on tightening and toning the entire body!

If you are looking to tighten and tone your muscles, then this is the workout calendar for you. Incorporated in this calendar you will find our barre workouts, using lighter sets of weights and allowing you to lengthen and tone the muscles. Along with our barre workouts, you will also find strictly strength workouts which incorporate heavier weights and working the muscles to fatigue. We will move slower and remember, lifting heavier doesn’t make you bulky. This is where the tightening aspect also comes in!

We also added some cardio workouts throughout the month. While lifting weights and doing barre classes are great for strength work, we can’t forget to increase your heart rate in a different way! Your heart health depends on it, plus it’s always good to give the muscles a break and work up a good sweat.

Lastly, you will always find yoga and/or pilates workouts in our calendars. This is to make sure you have a lower intensity day, allowing you to stretch out sore muscles and connect mentally to your body! Feel free to add it in a few extra times if it feels good to do so.

Tight and Toned is a great calendar to follow if your goal is to lengthen, strengthen, and tone your entire body!
