Similar to Buff Body Yoga 1, this yoga class, led by Lindsey Bomgren, combines yoga poses, hand weights, and light cardio for a calorie-burning, total body workout. The hand weights add a new challenge to the traditional yoga class; paired with low-impact cardio intervals to raise your heart-rate. You’ll be sure to break a sweat so grab a sweat towel, yoga mat, and some light dumbbells!
